WhatsApp Business saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, beginning at 11.9K in late September and peaking at 14.3K during the week of November 8. Active users also grew consistently, from 158K in early October to 179K by the end of December.

Zoom Workplace experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, with a high of 6.3K in mid-October and a low of 3.9K in the week leading up to Christmas. Active users showed a slight increase, starting at 42K in late September and reaching 47K in mid-November, before dropping to 41K at the end of December.
